If you need a bit of extra help with an equality and diversity consultant, please get in touch. How we work together depends on your needs. I work on some fixed term projects, and with some clients I work with them on site for a few days a month. 

I am based in Scotland, but do a lot of work remotely around the UK. 

If you ever want to run anything past me for a quick view, please give me a call. I do not charge for a bit of a helping hand! 

My recent consultancy work includes: 

• reviewing codes and constitution for a barristers' Chambers
• developing and reviewing Equality Schemes to ensure that they are compliant and in line with best practice
• auditing policies and processes to ensure that they are compliant with legislation, and making suggestions for change
• advising on Equality Impact Assessments - training staff to conduct them, and quality assuring the results
• auditing Job Evaluation processes to ensure that they are capable of providing Equal Pay
• producing Equal Pay audits, with recommendations for change in pay and grading systems
