Equality and Diversity Training - Construction

This equality and diversity training focuses on best practice in the Construction industry. It includes:

  • how to embed respect and ensure good management practice
  • an overview of the legislation in Scotland and the UK
  • accessibility issues and universal design
  • equality and diversity in the procurement process
  • on site behaviour and interactions

The sessions are lively, short and painless! A two hour briefing session for larger groups (20-25) works well for this training. They are suitable for all staff in the construction sector.
