Scottish Borders Council
Equality Impact Assessments
We are supporting Scottish Borders Council in equality impact assessing their HR policies. This has included a review of equality evidence, drafting the assessments and recommending revisions to further advance equality in internal processes
Sports Council Equality Group
Review of Standard
We worked with Sport Scotland and the UK Sports Council Equality Group to review the UK Equality Standard for Sport. This Standard is a framework to guide sports organisations in advancing equality by widening access and increasing participation. 
Creative Scotland
Assessing Inclusion
We were appointed to assist Creative Scotland in considering how its proposed Strategy would affect protected groups. This included an evidence review looking at access to, and employment within, the arts, screen and creative industries. 
Scottish Criminal Case Review Commission
Board Development
We were asked to design and deliver equality and diversity training for this Commission. This tailored training for Board Members focused on how good practice in equality and diversity can assist good governance, and how equality can be mainstreamed. 
XpertHR
Equal Pay Tool
We developed a Liveflo Equal Pay Tool to guide employers in carrying out Equal Pay Audits. The Tool takes employers through each step of the process, and assists the production of a systematic and comprehensive Equal Pay Audit. 
Garden North Chambers
Constitution and Code Review
We reviewed a Code and Constitution for a Chamber of Barristers to ensure that they embedded the standards set by Bar Standards Board and its guidance on promoting diversity within the profession.

    Equality Awareness
    All staff attended tailored training, which included case studies, discussions, and advice on good practice.
  2. Link Housing
    EQIAs
    Training on how to produce high quality Equality Impact Assessments was delivered to policy and decision makers.
  3. GTCS
    Mainstreaming Equality
    All staff at the General Teaching Council for Scotland attended training which aimed to help participants mainstream equality in policies and processes.
  4. WCS
    Making Adjustments
    This training was provided to help staff understand how to make reasonable adjustments to internal processes such as Admissions, and to the curriculum itself.
  5. Eden Scott
    Equality in Recruitment
    This recruitment agency was provided with training on equality in the recruitment process, and how to avoid bias.
  6. YPeople
    Equality and Inclusion
    We are currently working with YPeople, developing inhouse training materials to raise general awareness and to ensure inclusion in the provision of front line services,

    Quality Assurance
    We have been commissioned to provide the internal equality group at the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services with training to assist them in the quality assurance of Equality Impact Assessments
